The next Regional Board Orientation and Trainings is scheduled for:

The trainings will allow elected Board members to gain the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities on the neighborhood council system.

A light continental breakfast will open the training followed by welcoming remarks by a member of the Board of Neighborhood Commissioners. The general session will feature presentations on the Neighborhood Council System and Board orientation, accompanied by the Treasurer Training. Breakout sessions will follow to include presentation and discussion on understanding Board dynamics and communication skills, and effective Board organization and management. The day will end with a light lunch and the opportunity to meet and greet and network with fellow Board members.
