a. Caroling Date: December 11, 5pm to 9 pm. Buses are 4hr. rentals @ $850, food $500 and scarves $50, Cost $1,400.
b. Who is caroling? Yvonne D.
c. Give-a-ways from bus small stuffed animals and other small items: Carol, Beanie Babies and other items; Cost NA
d. Candy Canes, Yvonne. Cost NA
e. Music: Yvonne gathering songs – including as many faith traditions as possible.
f. What locations (route) pic-up & drop off at NoHo park, 1st stop subway 5:15 pm end stop PitFire 8:30 pm. No additions since last meeting.

g. Holiday Event 2009…merge with Park & Rec. Center activity. Confirmed
