Join us on Saturday October 10, 2009 for EMPOWER LA 2009: A Congress of Neighborhoods at City Hall The Congress is your day - a day for your stakeholders and people from Neighborhood Councils across the City to empower themselves and their communities through the information, contacts, and opportunities to be heard that only the Congress provides. Neighborhood Counciland community leaders have devoted many hours of volunteer time designing the Congress program in order to ensure that there will be a substantial experience of civic involvement for everybody who attends.
