The duties of the Executive Committee are generally administrative including reviewing proposed budgets and providing guidance to insure the well-being of NoHo NC. The Executive Committee meets on an as needed basis and are open to all concerned.
The Executive Officers of the Council will be a President, Vice President,
Treasurer, and Secretary, all of whom will be elected by the Board from amongst its Board
